Glow Coded started because we couldn't find skincare content that was both thorough and honest. Most review sites are thinly veiled ads. Most "ingredient guides" are copy-pasted from product descriptions. We wanted to do better.

What We Do

We break down skincare. ingredients, routines, products, trends. in a way that's actually useful. No jargon without explanation. No recommendations without testing. No "holy grail" claims without context.

• Every product we recommend has been tested for a minimum of 2 weeks
• Ingredient claims are backed by published research
• We disclose all affiliate relationships transparently
• We update articles when formulations change or new evidence emerges

K-Beauty Focus

We have a soft spot for Korean beauty. Not because it's trendy (though it is), but because the philosophy. gentle, layered, prevention-first. aligns with how we think skincare should work. That said, we cover products and brands from everywhere. Good skincare doesn't have a passport.

The Team

We're a small editorial team with backgrounds in beauty journalism, cosmetic chemistry, and way too many hours spent reading ingredient lists. Between us, we've tried hundreds of products. and we'll tell you about the ones that didn't work just as readily as the ones that did.
